I made this recipe but elimated the powdered sugar to reduce the carbs and sugar hoping to make it more diabetic friendly. I do that to a lot of recipes. Is this ok? Dietitian comment: Yes it's fine to make this kind of change. Flavor is still good without the extra sugar.
Great breakfast treat. To lower the calorie count, I used egg white product, half the butter, added an apple, and divided into 10 servings. Next time I will reduce the sugar as it was too sweet for my taste.

This was great. I used regular milk in it- any one know how much protein that adds? But regardless it was easy and yummy. Good job creating it.
